Patrick Okorodudu is an educator, entrepreneur, and institution builder leading the development of Issachar University — an AI-enabled, venture-building university designed to prepare leaders for the Industry 4.0 and emerging 5.0 economy. Through Issachar Business School, he is pioneering programs that integrate entrepreneurship, AI, governance, engineering innovation, leadership, and research commercialization for emerging markets.
His background spans higher education, energy infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and strategic development. As founder and former executive leader of ventures including Patina Group Inc., Patina Energy Resources, and Kinsfield Energy, he worked on solar hybrid systems, distributed energy, and infrastructure projects across West Africa. He is also leading plans for Issachar’s Smart Campus, AI Research & Data Center, innovation district, and digital learning ecosystem.
Patrick is a DBA Candidate (ABD) at Indiana Wesleyan University, holds an LL.M. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has served in adjunct and visiting academic roles connected to Indiana Wesleyan University, University of Phoenix, and Indiana University Bloomington.

Ryan Kauth
Chief Mentor/Senior Faculty – Accelerator MBA & Innovation Hub
Ryan Kauth is an entrepreneurship educator, startup mentor, and innovation ecosystem strategist with more than 15 years of leadership across top U.S. business schools and entrepreneurial ecosystems. He previously served as Coleman Chair in Entrepreneurship at Marquette University and taught entrepreneurship, strategic management, and entrepreneurial finance at the University of Wisconsin.
He founded the entrepreneurship program at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and served as Director of the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center. Ryan also founded and led major collegiate entrepreneurship competitions, including the Marquette Invitational for Collegiate Entrepreneurs.
In 2024, he was recognized as the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Wisconsin Mentor of the Year for his impact in entrepreneurship mentorship and venture development.


Alex Tsado
Founder, Udu Technologies & Alliance4AI | Co-Founder & CPO, Ahura AI
Alex Tsado is an AI infrastructure strategist, entrepreneur, and technology evangelist focused on democratizing access to compute power and AI innovation across Africa. As former Technical Product Manager for Cloud AI & HPC at NVIDIA, he was part of the teams that launched and deployed NVIDIA GPUs across major cloud platforms in the United States and China, working with partners including Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.
He is the founder of Udu Technologies, which provides GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) infrastructure designed to make AI compute more affordable and accessible across Africa. He also co-founded Ahura AI, an AI learning platform combining neuroscience and artificial intelligence to accelerate workforce learning.
Alex has advised and invested in AI-driven ventures including InstaDeep and Zindi, and has spoken at the United Nations, global business schools, and national AI forums on the future of AI and emerging markets. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.


Dr. Roti Balogun
Global Talent & Leadership Architect | Member, Governing Council — Issachar University
Dr. Roti Balogun is a globally recognized leadership strategist and talent development executive whose work spans Fortune 100 companies, innovation ecosystems, and higher education. He currently serves as Managing Director & Head of Talent and Career Development Experiences at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he helps lead leadership and workforce capability development for more than 140,000 employees globally.
Prior to JPMorgan, he served in major leadership roles at General Electric, including Chief Learning Officer for GE Africa, where he developed the African Industrial Internet Program (AIIP) to prepare engineers for Industry 4.0 transformation.
Dr. Balogun holds an Ed.D. from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Imperial College Business School. He serves on the Governing Council of Issachar University, contributing to leadership development, organizational culture, and future workforce strategy.


Dave Inyere
Non-Executive Director, Investment One | Faculty Advisor, Issachar University Business School
Dave Inyere is an executive leader and transformation strategist with more than three decades of experience across the energy, consulting, and financial sectors. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director at Investment One Financial Services and Chairman/Managing Director of Eldin Consultants Nigeria Ltd.
Before transitioning into consulting and investment governance, he held senior operational leadership roles at Chevron, including Manager of Business Optimization & Process Improvement and Manager of Supply Chain Management & Business Improvement. He led Lean Sigma and enterprise optimization initiatives across Nigeria and the United States.
Dave contributes to Issachar University as a Faculty Advisor and industry mentor supporting operational excellence, organizational transformation, and leadership development.


Prof. Dr. Oyebade Kunle Oyerinde
Associate Provost for Online Learning, Clark Atlanta University | Academic & AI Advisory Council — Issachar University
Professor Dr. Oyebade Kunle Oyerinde is an internationally recognized scholar and academic leader specializing in governance, artificial intelligence, public policy, and institutional innovation. He serves as Associate Provost for Online Learning and Associate Professor at Clark Atlanta University.
He earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy & Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington under Nobel Laureate Elinor Ostrom and has become widely respected for integrating governance theory, AI, machine learning, and institutional analytics.
Dr. Oyerinde is an NSF NAIRR AI Education Fellow and recipient of the 2025 Outstanding Educator Award — African Awards USA. His research in governance and institutional systems has received international recognition, including a highly ranked publication in the International Journal of the Commons.
At Issachar University, he contributes strategic guidance on AI governance, online learning innovation, data analytics, and public policy education.


Prof. Dr. Edward Fubara
Associate Dean for Academic Affairs | Professor of Business | Academic & Leadership Advisory Council — Issachar University
Professor Dr. Edward Fubara is an accomplished academic leader, professor, and organizational behavior scholar with more than two decades of experience in higher education leadership and business education. He serves as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Business Administration & Economics at the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, Campbell University.
Over his career, he has served in several major academic leadership roles including Interim Dean, MBA Program Director, and Jefferson Pilot Chair of Business & Finance. His work focuses on leadership development, organizational culture, business education, and values-driven leadership formation.
Dr. Fubara holds a Ph.D. and MBA from Michigan State University and has published research in journals covering leadership, organizational behavior, management, and higher education. At Issachar University, he contributes to academic quality, leadership curriculum development, and faculty mentorship.


Olamide Jolaoso

Olamide Jolaoso is a data analytics and AI leader specializing in applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to solve enterprise and financial services challenges. As Head of Data & Analytics at Wema Bank Plc, he leads data governance, business intelligence, data engineering, and AI adoption initiatives across the organization.
He is recognized for bridging business strategy with data science implementation and has become a respected voice in analytics transformation and AI-driven decision-making within the financial sector. He also mentors and coaches aspiring data professionals through analytics and career development programs.
Olamide holds an engineering degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Lagos State University, alongside advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics from institutions including Cambridge, Southampton, and PwC
